Once we receive your request we will contact you to confirm your appointment.
In certain peak times of the year, mid Summer and mid Winter, appointments may need to be re-arranged depending on emergency no cool and no heat calls.
Once the appointment is confirmed to you by our Customer Service Department team member it will be scheduled on to our service calendar. On the day of your appointment we will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to when our technician will arrive at your home, to ensure the time still works with your schedule.
